• During the initial consult by phone, Zoom or in person, we will discuss your needs and how hypnotherapy can best serve you. Feel free to ask any questions!
• Prior to your first appointment, you will be given some forms to fill out.  This questionnaire is confidential and will not be shared with anyone without your written permission (except for a minor).
• Appointments are typically scheduled on the hour for one hour unless scheduled for longer ahead of time. Please arrive on time so that you receive the full benefit of your appointment.
• Payment is due at the time of service. 
• Come with an open mind and know that you will be in a nurturing and non judgmental environment.
